Most frequent questions and answers

No appointment necessary. Express Family Care is a primary care office that accepts walk-ins.

Bring any paperwork required for your visit. Don’t forget to bring a form of identification, list of current medications and any past medical records.

We accept major health plans such as BCBS, United, Cigna and Aetna to name a few. For a more complete list, check out our Inusrance and Payments page.

At check-out, we will provide you a copy of your visit notes. If you provide an email address, we will sent you a summary of your visit automatically. You can also access your visist notes and make payments by signing into our Patient Portal.

The Patient Portal allows patients to fully engage with their demographic, financial and health information through a secure website. With your login information and pin, you can easily access your visit notes and health records, after-care instructions,  message providers, schedule appointments and even make secure payments all online. If you do not have access to the portal, call us and we will sent over an email invitation. Access the portal here. 

Unfortunately we are not credentialed with any Medicaid plans.

Yes. We have the flu shot in-stock year round. Come in to get your flu shot today.

Yes, our on-site pharmacy is a convenient way to get common medcications and prescriptions without standing in line at the pharmacy.
