What to Expect
When you first visit Express Medical Imaging, you will be greeted by our friendly staff at the front desk.
You will be asked for your driver’s license, insurance card, and a prescription if you have one. There may be a copay, coinsurance or deductible due at the time of service.
You will then be asked to fill out the paperwork we need if you have not already. You can do this in advance by visiting our initial paperwork page here.
Other things you should know
- Each exam requires a different prep. Please visit our prep page for more information.
- Your insurance may require an authorization, please contact us prior to the exam for details.
- If you are uninsured, competitive self-pay rates and payment plans are available.
In addition to the above, we are happy to provide access to your own patient portal called YourHealthFile. Here is where you can see your reports and other important information.
